THE WHAT

Gaeltel realised that their customer journey was no longer fit-for-purpose and that they needed to supercharge their online presence as a business so they came to us for help. We worked collaboratively with the team to streamline their end-to-end customer journey, amplifying their CRM system and ultimately making it easier for them to maximise every lead that we drove

THE HOW

The Gaeltel website was visually and technically, very dated which wasn’t in keeping with the modern premise of a clean energy company! We overhauled the look and feel of the site, creating something much more modern and ensured all content was optimised for search

 

Next, we spent some time with the internal sales team to create a bespoke CRM solution unique to their specific sales process, with clear and easy tracking and reporting. Now that the fundamentals were in order, we needed to make sure potential customers knew about it! So, we launched a targeted B2B email campaign promoting a free energy audit with the aim of driving leads into the new and improved sales funnel
