THE WHAT
The challenge from Zest was multi-faceted; predominantly, they needed a brand new social media strategy which focused on building brand awareness however, their website and branding weren’t fit-for-purpose so we needed to tackle this first. The desired outcome was to create and build a credible online presence for Zest with a highly relevant and engaged community audience
THE HOW
We worked closely with the Zest team to create comprehensive brand guidelines which then became the foundation for the new website design. Once we redesigned and re-platformed the website, we set to work developing a streamlined strategy for social and search. The key component of this was a focused approach to organic content which drove an increased volume of traffic to the website and resulted in a measurable uplift in new business
